Eleanor has been involved in theatre for over a decade in many different roles on some wildly different projects. She has directed an outdoor performance of Antigone in the middle of winter; she was the controversially agnostic director and sound operator for a season of GODSPELL; and she has performed in everything from musical theatre (most notably Serena in FAME) to experimental sci-fi (Epinine in FREELOAD was a memorable performance).
After moving to Wellington with a Fringe show in 2012, Eleanor dived straight into a film degree and feared she may lose touch with her theatre roots. In 2015, Eleanor found a home in the Box Office at BATS Theatre whilst earning her BA (Hons) in Film. After a year of juggling Box Office and managing a small art gallery and craft shop on Cuba, Eleanor is thrilled to be a part of the Circa whānau full-time, colour-coding everything in the Box Office. Feel free to pop in and see her for a chat or some goofy jokes.
