Philanthropy & Partnership Manager – Join Circa Theatre

Circa Theatre in Wellington is seeking a dynamic Philanthropy and Partnership Manager to lead our fundraising, relationship development, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
In this pivotal role, you will identify and cultivate high‑value donors, grant makers, corporates, and partners; develop tailored engagement strategies; create compelling giving opportunities; and ensure excellent stewardship of our supporters. You’ll also drive communication initiatives that strengthen Circa’s presence across the philanthropic and corporate sectors.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Builds strong, credible relationships with ease
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Manages multiple priorities with perseverance
- Aligns with Circa’s values and engages comfortably with people from all walks of life
- Understands fundraising, partnership development, and the practical implications of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
