Q Walker (they/them) is our Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager.

Q brings a wealth of experience to the role, with a 15+ year career spanning business management (most recently in the performing arts charitable sector), team leadership, and UX research / design. Q is passionate about evidence-based impact measurement, thoughtful resource stewardship, and the power of performing arts to impact individuals, cities, and society. When they’re not at the Circa office, Q can be found practicing on their tightwire, playing taiko drums at one of Wellington’s many festivals, gardening with their daughter, or doing research on the information architecture of emojis.
